We are proud of the many, many services we provide to our communities. Our family of companies, through our VNAs, Berks Visiting Nurse Association, Visiting Nurse Association of Pottstown & Vicinity and our private duty company, Advantage Home Care, as a network, cover Berks, Lehigh, Northampton, Montgomery and Chester counties and their surrounding areas with the most advanced nursing and physical, occupational and speech therapies available. We also include medical social work, dietician services and hospice.
Our specialty programs include Congestive Heart Failure Disease Management, Diabetes Disease Management, Wound, Ostomy and Continence Care, IV therapies, Telehealth/Telemonitoring, Psychiatric/Mental Health Home Care, Maternal/Child Health Care, Palliative Care and Hospice.
Most of our agencies include other services such as childhood immunizations, flu immunizations and travel immunizations. Most offer bereavement/grief support to anyone in its community. As part of our community efforts, we also offer blood pressure clinics, speaker’s bureau, and are present at many community health fairs.
Advantage Home Care offers caregiver services in Berks, Lehigh, Northampton, Montgomery and Chester counties, as well as assistive technologies to keep people independent in their homes.
