Amicie S. Zimmerman
Vice President, Human Resources & Facilities
Home Health Care Management, Inc.

I am so proud of our employees, every day, and proud of the contributions that they make to our communities by providing unrivaled home care to each and every client.

In this position Amicie “Missy” Zimmerman reports to Lucille D. Gough, President & Chief Executive Officer, with overall responsibility for human resources, labor relations, volunteer and corporate health programs, facilities management and the performance improvement program.

Her human resource career began over twenty five years ago in the engineering consulting industry where she was involved in recruiting, budgeting and human resource generalist functions. Hired in 1987, Missy established the human resource department for our family of home healthcare providers. She is a member of the Society for Human Resource Management and the American Society for Healthcare Human Resource Administration.

"By providing many, many resources and services to our clients and their families, people in our community are able to choose where they want to live. We support that. Choice is what everyone wants."

Missy believes that our family of home health care providers are long term members of our communities. “As non-profit organizations, we are able to secure community resources for our clients,” she comments.

“Rewarding” is how she describes everything that she does in her position.
