Berks Visiting Nurse Association and Visiting Nurse Association of Pottstown & Vicinity provide free immunizations to infants and children who are 18 years of age and younger, and are uninsured or underinsured. The clinic is sponsored by Vaccines for Children Program, and United Way funds, and by generous donations of individuals and corporations.
Appointments can be made by calling (610)378-0481, Extension 3294. It is very important to bring your child's immunization record with you to the clinic site. Vaccines will not be administered without the immunization record.
