| Description: | Home Health Care Management is currently seeking a full time Development Director to coordinate all aspects of fund development for the Corporations. The Development Director functions under the direction of the President and CEO, and is responsible to formulate and recommend the plan for ongoing solicitation of immediate funds and/or deferred contributions; prepares annual budgets for development efforts; formulates, organizes and administers all fund raising events; oversees grant writing from private foundations, corporations and government agencies; writes and distributes all fund raising literature; and presents community programs in support of fund raising activities. The Development Director is also required to identify, initiate and maintain contact with members of the community, maintain current knowledge of alternative funding sources, serve as the primary information resource to staff, and share in the responsibility for media preparedness. REQUIREMENTS Interested candidates should have at an optimal level - Masters prepared. Minimally a Bachelor`s degree required preferably in communications, marketing or public relations. Also required is experience in fund raising, grant writing and/or public relations, as well as demonstrated open communication skills and positive interpersonal relationships with peers, superiors, community agencies, physicians, and others. Additional requirements are strong documentation skills, the ability to organize workload to facilitate completion of task assignments, and the ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing. Must have a valid Pennsylvania Driver’s license, automobile insurance, available automobile during working hours, and be able to drive in all types of weather. |

We provide charity dollars to those clients who cannot afford our services as well as community health programs including well baby immunization clinics, flu clinics, walk-in health clinics, and more! |
